Welcome to my website. Are you thinking about doing more to improve your fitness and health? Looking for a program that works for you? Or need some inspiration? Fitness shouldn’t feel like a chore or punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.
A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your fitness trainer we will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and lead you through every workout. I’ve been helping clients in person and online change the way they look and feel since 2019. My wife is in her 60s and I'm in my 70s. We began fitness classes with Anne-Marie Lee more than two years ago - in person first and continuing over the last two years on Zoom during the COVID pandemic. We have been thrilled with improvements to our balance, strength, and muscle tone. My wife and I both have visible biceps for the first time in our lives. Anne-Marie focuses on our individual needs and gives us a wonderful variety of exercises that are appropriate for our ages and stages. Her Zoom classes are available five days a week, which gives us flexibility to join in as often as we can. Our friends have joined as well and we've watched all of them grow stronger and healthier.

I may be in my 60’s but I’m in better shape now than I was in my 30’s. I give all the credit to personal training. Anne-Marie keeps me encouraged and motivated! Each Face-Time session is lively and targets different muscles. I can burn a lot of calories in only thirty minutes and feel a good sense of fatigued-accomplishment when I’m finished. Personal training has become a new habit for me, and I am definitely stronger and more energetic because of it!
